1948329 - Dump "TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY"

Symptom

When refreshing specific EPM Add-in report, erro 'epm - general error' appears.

In backend ST22 we get following dump 'TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY' / 'No roll storage space of length 672 available for OCCURS area'.
In SLG1 request is processed successfully.

All the notes related to this issue are already corrected in the customer version.
1795213, 1723769
Notes 1887026 & 1885145 have also been implemented with no success.
