1948996 - FTP Receiver communication channel: 550 Unexpected reply code

The following error is observed in the Communication Channel Monitoring tool regarding an FTP receiver communication channel:

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: An error occurred while connecting to the FTP server [...] The FTP server returned the following error message: 'com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 Unexpected reply code*[...].tmp

Where "[...].tmp" is the name of the temporary file, generated by the FTP receiver adapter in the target directory of the FTP server.
