Symptom

  • While doing a change source for OLAP based Web Intelligence(WebI) report the change source window after the object mapping window hangs.
  • Same behavior is observed in WebI Rich Client tool and BI Launchpad application.
  • This behavior is observed only after upgrading to BI 4.0 SP06 Patch 3.
