Symptom

The function module SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT_V2 used for auto-reaction emails is not sending e-mails.

In transaction RZ20, in the DataSupplier node (RZ20 > SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors > CCMS Selfmonitoring > MoniInfra_<instance name> > DataSupplier > Log) you see an alert with the below error message.

   Auto_Gen_Email_Fail_Alert send request failed
