1949781 - "manage database" permission is not enough to alter database - SAP ASE

If we use the "Granular Permissions" feature in ASE and give a user "manage database permission" alter database command will fail with:

1> alter database dbname on dbdev = 10
2> go
Msg 10331, Level 14, State 1:
Server 'server name', Line 1:
Permission denied, database dbname, owner dbo. You need the following permission(s) to run this command: OWN DATABASE
