Nov 22, 2013 6:54:25 PM [Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.tools.sysinfo.RequiredKernelFunctionNotSupportedException: No instances were detected via sapcontrol. Most probably there is no local sapstartsrv process running.
Despite the statement of the log file there is a local sapstartsrv process is running on the server where the SUM is running.
