1950994 - Error: "Unable to access the web server." (CUI-10001) - Information Steward

• When navigating in Information Steward and changing between tabs (between Data Insight, Metadata Manager, Metapedia etc), the users receive this error.
• Administrator does not receive this error.
• Other users in groups that have Information Steward rights receive this error.
• Looking in the BIP or IPS audit tables, in the CLOB fields - the following information was logged - "Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Change preferences' (ID: 84) for 'username' (ID: 10150). Please contact your administrator if you require this right"
