1951347 - During installing a service pack for Sybase ASE 15.7 the instmstr or installmaster script fails - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

You are trying to install a service pack for Sybase ASE 15.7 (according to SAP Note 1607816 Windows or 1599814 Linux / Unix), but as soon as you try to install the script 'instmstr'/'installmaster' this fails with:

You must possess System Administrator (SA) role, System Security Officer (SSO) role, Sybase Technical Support role and Monitor and Diagnosis role to run the installmaster script.
CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
