Symptom

  • Data Review
  • Match Review with Best Record enabled
  • SOURCE_RECORD_ID is blank on master record
  • SOURCE_RECORD_ID contains only a space on master record
  • All subordinate records in a match group were set to Unmatched during review
  • ERROR: No master match record found; i.e., bad match result data [job instance ID=3, group number=1](COR-10819)
  • ERROR: com.sap.is.boe.plugin.service.datareview.DataReviewException: Parameter 'source_record_id' is empty. Please contact Information Steward support.
