The form template Packing List is missing in the view Form Template Maintenance of your system.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Application and User Management Work Center
- Select Form Template Maintenance view.
- The form template Packing List is missing.
Cause
The reason that the Packing List Form Template is missing in your system is because it is not enabled in the scope of your implementation Project.
Resolution
The Question to enable the form in your system is called You will be able to print packing lists.
You can find it following the steps below
1. Go to Business Configuration and Select Implementation Projects view
2. Edit the scope of your project.
3. Go to Questions
4. Search for You will be able to print packing lists
5. Select Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics->Tracking, Tracing, and Identification
6. Select Communication for Tracking, Tracing and Identification
7. You will see the question You will be able to print packing lists is disabled.
However, this question is in read-only mode since it has a dependency of question Packing into Logistics Units.
Therefore your must enable the question Do you want to pack into logistics units creating package IDs based on outbound deliveries? to the scope of your project in order to enable the Packing List Form Template in your system.
