1951683 - PowerBuilder 12.5 .NET COM Interop .NET DLL Not Exposing Get/Set Methods

Symptom

  • Customer has a COM Interop .NET assembly that works in VS 2010 but PowerBuilder 12.5.x .NET does not expose the GET and SET methods.
  • In VS 2010, one must 'Embed Interop Type' to False. This is new .NET 4 functionality for COM Interop and is not implemented in PowerBuilder 12.5.2 prior to bug fix.
