1952275 - Is it Possible to have Segregate Authorization Access to Account Management?

You as Account Manager, Would like to know, whether it is possible to have segregate authorization access to Account Management?

For example:

For a particular Account, one user can only create the Account but cannot Block the status, and another user can only block status but should not have access for creation. This is sort of an internal control.

This feature is not available in the current release of SAP Business ByDesign.

It is possible to have Read, Write or Read and Write.
