Symptom

In SM21 you notice the messages

RD                 SAPSYS                 Q0 I Operating system call connect failed (error no. 10061)
DIA 000 000 SAPSYS                 R4 9 Communication error, CPIC return code 017, SAP return code 247
DIA 000 000 SAPSYS                 R6 4 > CPI-C function: CMINIT(SAP)

which are created every 5 minutes for the user SAPSYS.
