1952420 - Archiving directory status "Unknown" in DB12

Symptom

Archiving directory status is reported as "Unknown" in DB12, CI and database are running on the same server, parameters SAPDBHOST and SAPLOCALHOST point to the same hostname, operating system data are available in ST06/OS07N (availability of the OS transaction depends on SP level of SAP_BASIS release, see notes 1483047 and 1652001) and under RZ20 --> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates --> Operating System.

                     --> CCMS Selfmonitoring
                           --> <SID>\CCMS database self-monitoring\...
                                 --> Database self-monitoring

"exception PROBLEMS  4" means:
    NO_DB_LOGICAL_DEST            = 4
