1952421 - Error "/oracle/client/../ojdbc14.jar file stated but does not exist" during the step getUsageTypes of export

Symptom

During the export phase of system copy using sapinst (SWPM sapnote: 1680045) it fails in the step getUsageTypes with the following error, which can be found in sapinst_dev.log:
