1952444 - Error Message "Action CLOSE Not Possible; Action is Disabled" in Close Project Fine-Tuning Activity

You are trying to complete the Close Project fine-tuning activity, but system raises error "Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled."

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Access the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project and click the Activity List button.
4. Navigate to the Go-Live tab.
5. Select the Close Project activity and click Open.
6. Mark the Close Project checkbox and click Confirm.
7. Error message is raised.

The cause for the issue could be that y you are trying to close the change project without Implementing it.

Before closing the project, you must implement it by either completing the Confirm Go-Live activity (in case of a first implementation project) or the Merge Changes activity (in case of a change project), which can only be completed after all other activities in the project are closed. If it is a change project and you would like to close it without implementing the changes, you can cancel it.
