1953034 - Unable to Delete an Expense Report after Recall

You would like to delete an Expense Report but Remove Trip option is not available.

1. Go to the Travel & Expenses Work center.
2. Take pointer on the Expense Report which you would like to delete.
3. Under Open Expense Report drop down, Remove Trip  option is not available.

Remove Trip option is not available because it already have been paid.

You can check the same with steps below:

1. Go to the Travel & Expenses Work Center.
2. Open the expense report.
3. Under More press View Report Changes.
4. You will find the status Completely Reimbursed.
5. Now press Go button & under the change log you will find that it is recalled.

So Remove trip option will not be visible even if expense report is recalled after reimbursement.
