1953451 - NotAssigned or # Values for Project-Related Characteristics in "Employee Times: Overtime Overview" Report

In the report Employee Times: Overtime Overview you have added characteristics related to projects, such as Project, Actual Project Start Date (Project), Project ID. However this project related characteristics are being shown as Not Assigned or # in the report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to List sub-view.
3. Open Employee Times: Overtime Overview report.
4. Click Go.
5. Add characteristics like Project, Actual Project Start Date (Project) or any other one related to projects.

You will see that the values related to the recently added characteristics will be displayed as NotAssigned or #.

The zero suppression is activated for key figures.

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to List sub-view.
3. Open the report Employee Times: Overtime Overview.
4. Click on Go.
5. Click on Settings button.
6. Select Key Figures.
7. Go to the General tab.
8. Under the Zero Suppression section, set Apply Supression to Columns and Apply Supression to Rows as Do Not Suppress.
9. Uncheck the check box Apply Supression to Key Figure Group.

Running the report after making these changes will display the project details.

Note that only the data which is actually maintained will be displayed. The empty fields will be shown by # or NotAssigned.
