1953577 - "Negative Accumulation" in financial/capacity category isn´t supported

In the customizing of a financial (capacity) category the parameter for "Accumulation" is set to "negative", but in the frontend of financial (capacity) planning this customizing-setting isn´t taken into account. In the frontend of financial (capacity) planning only positive accumulation is triggered.

"Positive Accumulation" may be configured for those financial (capacity) categories which are of "Income" (Financial groups are for example Sales, Development).
"Negative Accumulation" may be configured for those groups which are of "Expenses" (Financial groups are for example Marketing, Development).
The expectation with the parameter of the accumulation is: Total = Incomes - Expenses - Investments - Costs.
