1953742 - How to create a report with column mapping information - SAP PowerDesigner

Symptom

  1. In PowerDesigner, create a PDM with several tables in it. 
  2. Go to Tools->Mapping Editor, Create column to column mapping
  3. Create a report with List of table columns. 
  4. I want the report have column mapping information. For example:
