1954052 - BI 4.0 - Error #1085 in CMC > Monitoring > Pending Jobs

Symptom

While opening the KPI Details PendingJobs window through Central Management Console (CMC) > Monitoring and selecting the "Pending Jobs" link within the "Deployment Level Metrics", an "Error #1085" is displayed.
Selecting the "Error Details" displayed at the bottom shows "Please check the logs for more details"
It is noted than more than a 1000 jobs exist under that KPI
When checking with an HTTP debug tool (i.e.: HTTPWatch, Fiddler), a POST is sent to the monitoring application and an error is returned in the response
