A large SAP Sybase IQ database (larger than several Gb) is restored from a backup taken at an identical primary server. The utility database session "hangs" after it has restored all the blocks.

utility_db srvlog shows:

I. TIMESTAMP. Starting database "a_restore" (/PATH/IQ_DB.db) at TIMESTAMP
I. TIMESTAMP. Starting database "a_restore" (/PATH/IQ_DB.db) at TIMESTAMP

I. TIMESTAMP. Database "a_restore" (IQCLDW01.db) stopped at TIMESTAMP
