Symptom

  • When trying to run a new Crystal Report 2011 report based on Sybase using ODBC and connection is not configured correctly within Business Intelligence 4.0 processing server, the following error will be observed:
The viewer could not process an event. Error in File <report name>
Failed to load database information. []---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
Show Details: "failed to open connection"
