1955000 - Unable to download Journals .jrl in EPM Add-In

Symptom

  • When downloading journal from Download Data function in EPM Add-in - Data Manager tab, there is error popping out saying "FPMXLClient.BPCProxy.FileService.FileRecords. The byte 0x19 is not valid at this location.  Line 1, position 65".
  • User is able to download journal directly from UJFS.
  • User does not have problem downloading other files in EPM Add-In.
  • The issue is not caused by the extension JRN. When we change the extension of a journal file to csv, and upload to the folder, the download process still ends wwith same error (download a normal csv file is successful)
