• Initialization of RAX instance for IBM DB2 LUW fails with error:  "Command <ra_admin> failed - An error occured while installing the jar file...", on SAP Replication Server Option for IBM DB2
• Attempt to initialize an ASE RepAgent for DB2 fails with error:
  
  ERROR com.sybase.ra.la.udb.RAUTruncateAdmin An error occured while installing the jar file <rax_instance_name.SYBRAUJAR> into the database using <CALL sqlj.db2_install_jar()> procedure. Please contact your system administrator to correct the error.
  
• RepAgent is for UDB (IBM DB2 LUW (linux-unix-windows) database)
• The UDB is not running.
• The RAX errorlog may show an error block similar to:
