Symptom
Report AI_CRM_IM_CREATE_HIERARCHY in Note 1614747 does not resolve error message "Service product INVESTIGATION not found" since the service product was not created automatically. Following manual Step 3 in Note 1763987 to create service product shows message shows "No basis hierarchy for product type 2".
