1957729 - PY-RU: Incorrect Taxable amount and SI amount for deceased employee

Income tax and SI should not be imposed on the salary of the deceased employee, such that:

1. Payment for deceased employee should be non-taxable;

2. Social insurance from deceased employee should not be included in income deduction.
