Symptom
- In SAP Solution Manager 7.1 you are using the SAP Solution Manager Application IT Service Management in the CRM WebClient UI, you use the HTTPS protocol in this call. You navigate to Incident Management or to Change Request Management and choose an ITSM BW Reporting, ITSM BW Dashboard or Solution Manager Reporting link under Reports:
The system opens a new browser window, but with an empty screen initially and some seconds later with an error:
In the error you can see that the call is redirected to the HTTP port.
- In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 you are using the SAP Solution Manager Application IT Service Management in the CRM WebClient UI, you use the HTTP protocol in this call. You navigate to Incident Management or to Change Request Management and choose an IT Service & Change Dashboard link under Reports:
