Symptom

In BI 4.1 when trying to send Analysis Workspace documents as an email via BI launchpad, after right-clicking on the document it does not show the normal 'Sent To Email' text, but instead it displays:'???dummy.action.Shared_sendToEmailNoAttach_PlatformServices_IV.display.name???'.
