1958956 - Error: Connection to platform failed: XMLRPC ERROR-102: Authentication failure during installation of LMS 6.1

• A fresh installation of LMS v6.1 was made on a SUN secure server.
• On this server, after installation LMS cannot be started. There is no LDAP account on this server.
• Two authentication configurations, PAM and RSAPAM authentication, were tried with no success.
• There were 3 log files that confirmed the reported errors:

1. platform.log for PAM authentication error
2. platform.log for RSA authentication error
3. preprocessor.log
