1959014 - Non-Admin/AD Users cannot login to Information Design Tool (IDT) in SAP BI

Symptom

  • AD or Non Admin Users try to Login to Information Design Tool (IDT) and get the error messages:
  • The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10503 at [exceptionmapper.cpp : 79] 42509 {69968, 69968}

...Access is denied. Can't set secondary credentials Failed to log on to host by user xx."

  • |idt|Connection failed.
    com.businessobjects.dsl.framework.session.SessionException$LogonFailedException: Failed to log on host "<HOSTNAME>:6400", user "ABCD", Access is denied.
