Symptom

SUM tool does not detects the SCA's and they are rejected when provided in the manually prepared download directory during update or upgrade with following message:

e.g.

Rejected due to following reason(s):
• 001 : Component sap.com/BI-BASE-B cannot be updated to higher release
• 005 : Component sap.com/BI-BASE-B is part of the following usage type: BI;COMP-ENV; ALV-EXPORT

Rejected due to following reason(s):
• 002 : Component sap.com/BIWEBAPP cannot be updated to higher SP level
• 005 : Component sap.com/BIWEBAPP is part of the following usage type: BI;
