1959803 - Afaria doesn't support case-sensitive database environments

When Afaria database(SQL Anywhere) sets "case sensitive = except Ignore" to CHAR and NCHAR column, the following issues occur.

• In the case of Afaria 7 Service Pack 03 : (for iOS device)
   The Variable value which you added in User Defined Field isn't displayed. ([Server] - [Configuration] - [Server] - [User Defined Field])
   This phenomena don't output an error for Server log.
   
• In the case of Afaria 7 Service Pack 04 : (for iOS device)
   The item which is controllable in Restrictions becomes uncontrollable. ([Policy] - [Configuration Policy] - [MDMPayload] - [Restriction])
     Device functionality
     Applications
     iCloud
   This phenomena don't output an error for Server log.
