1960137 - Master language of this role is not the same as your user language

Symptom

  • Opening property editor of a portal role results in the following message:
    "You cannot create new content or folders in this role because the master language of this role is not the same as your user language. The master Language of this role is , and your user language is English."

    Notice that the user language in the message may be different.
  • Master Locale property of the PCD object is empty or contains an invalid Locale;

  • Option to edit text Attributes are disabled.
