Symptom

  • Using Web Intelligence
  • Using Dual axis charts
  • Zero in both y-axes are locked vertically
  • The right side zero is at the same point as the left side zero
  • The right axis chart scaling is based on the available space after the left side scaling is applied
  • The behaviour is inconsistent with what was seen in XI 3.1
