Symptom

  • Cannot open a package.
  • Cannot access to the Home page.
  • Crash of the application.
  • Error :   - In the Ctserver log file : “ERROR system.database - Fournisseur TCP : Erreur de délai d'attente [258].”

                      - In the Windows  Event Logs  of the database server : “SQL Server was unable to run a new system task, either because there is insufficient memory or the number of configured  sessions exceeds the maximum allowed in the server.”
