Symptom

  • The user tried to include "PARENTH2" and "FORMULAH2" in the Account Dimension. After deployment and when trying to log in Excel EPM, he receives the error shown as below:

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: startIndex"

  • When removing the "PARENTH2" and "FORMULAH2" field in Account Dimension, he could successfully log in Excel EPM with no error found.
