1960966 - CJ20N dump IMPORT_ALIGNMENT_MISMATCH

Symptom

When a user tries to run or use transaction CJ20N, the system dumps with runtime error IMPORT_ALIGNMENT_MISMATCH in ABAP program "SAPFCJGR" - in form "READ_PPT_USR_OPTIONS" and short text "Error when importing object "LT_USR_GROUP_MCS01".

Report Z_CONVERT_PPB_USER_OPTIONS or ZCONVERT_PPB_USER_OPTIONS_V1 from SAP Note 964258 does not resolve the dump.
