1961049 - Admin users not able to see all users

Symptom

  • In CMC, only the default Administrator can see all the users. The other members in the Admin group are not able to see all the users.
  • For example, the default Administrator, B, C D are all in the Administrators group. The default Adminitrator can see all the 54 users, while B can only see 38 users, C can see 47 users, and D can see 48 users.
