1961052 - Job Server continually starting - Data Services

• One job server appears to be restarted constantly in the windows event logs.
• The following message shows up about every 30 seconds in Data Services service_eventlog.txt:
  "[Fri Dec 27 11:14:26 2013 ] servername
  [Fri Dec 27 11:14:26 2013 ] Job Server on jobservername Port #### is started."
• Messages in Windows Event Log (repeated every 30 seconds):
  "The description for Event ID 12288 from source Data Services cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: Job Server on jobservername Port #### is started."
