When saving a purchase order using transaction ME22 or ME22N, you may encounter one or both of the following errors:

  • Update was terminated
  • Cannot be sent: Purchase order

In addition, the system may generate the runtime error:

  • TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
