Symptom

  • You write an E-Mail in CRM and the received E-Mail looks differently than the sent E-Mail. For example during writing you had the impression that Arial was used to write the E-Mail but when displaying the E-Mail in your Outlook, it is shown with font Times New Roman
  • You want to define a default font and default font size which should be used by
    • IC agents when writing outbound E-Mails in HTML format using component CRMCMP_CCS_EML.
    • CRM WebClient UI writing outbound E-Mails using One2One E-Mail activities
