1961416 - SUP Error with -10091 and -10030

Symptom

Customer is seeing the following error in the SUP server error log.

2013-12-28 17:49:37.165 ERROR   Mobilink     Thread-422 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [-10091]
this connection will be abandoned due to previous errors

2013-12-28 17:49:38.270 ERROR   Mobilink     Thread-422 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [-10030]
 A network read failed.  Unable to read data from the remote client

The error is random. As the http client/DCN connection load increases  on the server the error appears with increasing frequency.
