1961453 - After edited the sup.properties file the SUP server would not start

Symptom

Customer edited the sup.properties file with Mocrosoft WordPad and changed ml.threadcount=25
value to ml.threadcount=50. During this process WordPad added a character that caused the sup.properties file to be corrupted.

After the sup.properties file was saved the SUP server started and then stopped.
