1961519 - Sales Organization Missing in Sales tab of Materials and Services

You are not able to assign Sales Organization(s) to Materials and Services since the Sales organization(s) is missing in the value help.

1. Go to Product Data work center.
2. Select Materials view or Service view
3. Search and Edit (View All) the Material or Service
4. Go to Sales tab.
5. Select the value help to Sales Organization

The cause for the issue is that the Sales organization property of the Org Units were delimited to a particular date (mostly the date could be past date). Hence, the Org Units are not available in the values of Sales Organization in Materials and Services.

This is expected system behavior.

You can verify this in Timelines tab of respective Org Unit in Organizational management work center.
