1961702 - Input attribute cardinality does not match EIS Error

The MBO is updated using a DCN call without payload.  The following error occurs:

"Input attribute cardinality does not match EIS result cardinality - ignoring input attributes".

The DCN HTTP request is sent from SAP to the SUP server every half hour.
As part of the request we send a date and time parameter.
The MBO attached to the DCN then uses those parameters in an RFC call
back to SAP to get all of the records that have been changed since that
date and time. The records are then updated or inserted into the MBO cache.
