1961765 - SUP: After a data tier failover within a Microsoft cluster not all MBO's are listed in SCC

Symptom

Customer executes a  failover to the secondary node for the data tier, which is hosted in a Microsoft cluster.
The administrator then uses SCC and notices that not all of the MBO's in a  package  are listed.
The administrator then checks the size of the data tier and it is showing a different size
compared to the primary node in the MS cluster.  The secondary node is much smaller.
