1962270 - Paging/Scrolling in the UWL iView has changed

Symptom

After an upgrade of the Enterprise Portal system to NW 7.10 or higher, you notice that the UWL paging/scrolling behavior has changed. The buttons available before the upgrade to navigate through the workitems are not available, and rather than those buttons now the UWL shows a scroll bar in the right side of the iView.
