1962334 - SUP Service will not start, error logs show Invalid user ID or password - SUP/SMP

• Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) service will not start successfully, and mlsrv_err.log file shows the following error
• E. 2014-01-06 08:02:43. [-10002] Consolidated database server or
  ODBC error: ODBC: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Invalid user ID or
  password (ODBC State = 28000, Native error code = -103)
  E. 2014-01-06 08:02:43. [-10382] The MobiLink Server has failed
  to start
• Manual database connection with default or known password is succcessful
• File at <UnwiredPlatform_InstallDir>\UnwiredPlatform\Servers\UnwiredServer\Repository\Instance\com\sybase\djc\security\DataProtection\_shared.properties shows recent change date, corruption, or when compared to backup or working server is very different in size or content
