Actions are taking much longer than expected in some environments.  These actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Logging on to the BI Launchpad application or Central Management Console (CMC)
  • Navigating the folders or categories of BI Launchpad
  • Viewing, refreshing or modifying a report (Web Intelligence, Crystal, Dashboard, etc...)
